Having outgrown their current facility, Muir Orthopaedic Specialists relocated to a larger building down the street which would accommodate their increased patient capacity. This 42,000 s.f. tenant improvement project features an orthopedic clinic, physical therapy, and administration. With the expansion of their physical therapy program, Muir will be able to offer more advanced weight systems and serve local high school, college, and professional level athletes.

The project was designed to expand Muir’s patient centered care model. Exam rooms surround centralized physician, MA, and PA work areas, creating more efficient circulation. Ribbon windows provide views of the tall evergreens trees surrounding the building, while wood finishes and a natural color palette complement Muir’s tree logo, a prevalent branding tool seen throughout the facility.
