This two-story, 122,000 s.f. medical facility is the first of two buildings on an 11-acre campus, and houses a surgery center, imaging suite, orthopedics, ophthalmology, and a number of complementary physician practices.
Designed to complement its high plains setting, the building is highlighted by a wide, expansive lobby that provides direct access to the majority of the building's tenants. A two-story fireplace adds literal and figurative warmth to the space, and custom art installations enliven the uniquely-tailored healthcare environment.
