Development on an international level involves a large amount of capital as well as a high risk as it contains complexly woven interest groups.
The invisible wound and tension still exist in this area that has been abandoned for years as an empty lot. The site has been separated from noisy downtown by the Pilgrimage Corridor that contains a physical boundary as well as measures of the landscape architecture.
The program, put underground, is protected from the outside environment and gazes, which serves as a design symbol of the historical background carved on the land.
