An Architectural Detailing team project exploring the characteristics of material behavior in order to create a multi-performative material system utilizing optimization, efficiency, and redundancy. After physically testing the limits of various materials, cataloging those limits, and then using digital tools to experiment with possible strategies, the team chose the following system.
