The projected building consists of 5 major groups:

- Complex of indoor athletic arena

- The complex of an indoor skating rink with artificial ice

- Complex of swimming pool

- The common areas of the complex, incl .:

- Receiving group of premises

- Common areas for students

- Health and recreation center

- Buffet (cafe) with 40 seats

- Residential and office premises of staff

- Technical Services sector.

  Space-planning solutions of the complex solved in a way that all the groups of premises for students and for visitors are situated around a central double-height lobby, solved as an atrium. On the side of the main facade is adjacent to the atrium entrance hall with entrance vestibule, box office, security room and block evacuation stairs. In the atrium are also open stairs and elevators for the disabled. Space-planning solution set allows maximum divided flows of students and visitors. Facilities for training and locker rooms of two most frequented groups: the indoor athletics arena and an indoor skating rink with artificial ice are on the ground floor of the complex. For the unloading of the first floor and improve software engineering of pool, changing rooms and a swimming pool bowl moved to the second floor, technical room of swimming pool is located on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a dressing room, office and utility staff room, canteen (cafe) with 40 seats, rooms of medical rehabilitation center. Some of lockers for indoor athletic arena transferred to the basement. The complex of an indoor skating rink with artificial ice provides a universal - for alternate use to practice hockey and figure skating. Also, when carrying out relevant activities it can be used for other sports. On the second floor around the perimeter of the atrium gallery for spectators are located, through which they get to the seats for spectators. Also on the second floor there are premises of medical rehabilitation center and common areas of the complex, including Complex gym. On the third floor there is office space, a studying  complex for students with and meeting room. WC for the visitors, as well as WC for people with disabilities are provided on all floors.
