The project would like to dedicate not only to one of the brightest representatives of constructivist El Lissitzky but to the entire epoch of constructivism and even more the spirit of the time. According to the architecture critic Khan Magomedov Lissitzky, in modern parlance, added a third dimension to flat compositions. Constructivism is a trend which is still frequently cited in publications, still inspire architects and designers worldwide. For example, one of the goals of coming to Russia one of the famous American architects Steven Holl was to visit the tomb of Malevich.

 In this regard, I wanted to create an art object that its silhouette is a combination of the volume is something rapid, jerky, aspiring upward. At the same time wanted to maximize the use of our facility provided for the land, its shape without breaking the familiar aura of the place. I would also like to take into account the surrounding land and existing buildings, especially the mirror ball, located on the other side of the site. Externally, the object resembles an aircraft, a silhouette similar to that used at the time of airships. The aircraft descended from paintings, frames fiction films of the time, who strives at an angle to the ground to the sky. For the proposed facility allotted land idle of the not-working pool. At the bottom of the basin support structure of "airship" is designed, which is a step-forum. This forum in turn is surrounded by the perimeter by walking ramp, by which through the drawbridge you can get inside the "airship", which in turn is a multi-purpose hall. Within the structures of the ramp are also several rows forum. The reference design also is inclined and supported by pillars that stand on the foundations of the pool pump. There is also a staircase to the audience, leading into the auditorium. For speakers there is  a helical staircase leading to the stage. Thus, the object functionally is made up of the "lower" (at the bottom of the pool), "top" forum (in the construction of the ramp) and a multipurpose hall. The main communications are stairs in the entrance hall, walking ramp with a drawbridge and a spiral staircase leading to the stage.
