A financial, commercial, retail and residential luxury port town on the banks of the Potomac River planned on 463 acres, 158 acres of which is waterfront property. The marina facilities accommodate 500 boats and include 30,000 sq. ft. of retail space aboard a floating vessel. The three shopping pavilions totaling 170,000 sq. ft. of commercial space include 150 harbor front residential units, 950 mid-rise Georgian-style condominiums and 3-story townhouses. The proposed World Trade Center consists of 1.8 million sq. ft. of office space, a 125,000 sq. ft. Trade Mart over 80,000 sq. ft. of retail space and 450 luxury residential condominiums. The site also accommodates a 100,000 sq. ft. exhibition center of and an 800 room business/convention hotel. A 12 foot wide promenade stretches more than a mile long along the riverbank with a 4.5 acre park featuring viewing gazebos on the river and bicycle & hiking trails through many areas of adjoining park land.
