The project involved a complete interior renovation and exterior restoration of an existing pre-war landmark quality building in Manhattan designed in the Romanesque style. The proposal included redesigning of all the public areas and upgrading the existing mechanical systems as well as a complete restoration of the exterior facade, window replacement and compliance to local law 10. Restoration of the base of the building to the original design was also part of the scope.
