This 1.5-million square foot, 60-story Office Tower and Banking Hall occupies a full city block in downtown Dallas. The office tower rises several hundred feet above the 5 storey Banking Hall separated by an immense barrel vault roof on the front façade. This distinct feature affords the Banking Hall a separate identity from the street level foregoing its connection with the tower rising above it. The barrel vault continues as a motif on the interior, encompassing the lobby of the tower, the passageways and the elevator lobbies mimicking its exterior archetype in design. The lobby of the tower features ornamentation in creamy Botticcino marble with red Alicante marble trim and patterned flooring in cream and black marble.
