Work Done: Design for empty lot
For this project, a developer from New York City reached out to us in order to design an architectural project that he could sell along with his lot. He had bought the lot some time back, and because his plan was not to build or own property in Miami, he wanted to sell the lot with project and all for a higher price. The lot was a beautiful piece of land that had access to a canal going into the ocean.
For the design, we went with a traditional but modern look because judging by the character of the surroundings of the neighborhood in Lighthouse Point, Boca Raton, there are not many high-end luxury modern facades in the market. Around this area, people usually want to stick with tradition a bit more, The ground floor would be an open concept, with a kitchen and living room overlooking the pool and the canal. On the second floor, you would have your private areas such as bedrooms and bedroom’s baths as well as storage and linen closets. The house contains a 3 car garage, separated into one car and two car.
