149 West Shore Dr. Residence had an incredible site of approximately 22,000 sqft with a single-story with ample spaces. This residence was completely remodeled, succeeding at developing a fresher change. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were re-designed completely. The kitchen and the service areas were remodeled as well.

Store-front glass and windows was used in the exterior facade to allow natural light in and for better visuals to the yard, where a pool deck and pool were designed, along with a gym. The project also included a new driveway and outside areas with a new and improved landscaping.
