Ambito was founded in 2006 by Principal Yoel Flores. With the purpose of providing high quality professional architectural, construction and engineering services in the field including design, inspections, supervision, forensic engineering, feasibility studies, project management, design, construction documents, bidding, contract administration and construction management for different projects in the architectural field. We have a team of people that assist with every single part of the project and with our own contractors who we have worked with for 14 years. We develop projects for clients and/or developers. We develop every project from beginning to end — including specs, details, and interior design and landscaping.

Our practice has extensive experience across a broad range of building types and sizes: multi-family buildings, office buildings, renovations, private residential housing (single), industrial and educational centers, masterplan for housing complexes, commercial buildings and marine/landscape projects.

Our office is staffed by a diverse team of talented individuals with an unmatched range of experience, positioned to offer comprehensive design services along with construction services, all in one—encompassing everything from urban planning and architecture to interior and product design. We have had many experiences in development and investment opportunities, as well as remodeling and renovating luxurious single-family houses. As a design-build firm, we operate under one contract with the project owner to complete both the design and build steps of a construction project. This single contract streamlines the process while saving time and money for the client.
