I developed this project in collaboration with the company VASS Technologies. The VASS House was designed to offer the clients a different range of choices for their future houses.
I designed various sizes of dwellings which have common features in order to facilitate the executive planning and the prebabrication as well. The concept is clear and simple: the modules of the living area (facing South) and the main bedroom (facing West) don't change with the size of houses, which increase by adding other modules of bedrooms, bathrooms and utility rooms in the North side.

These house types are all designed according to these goals:

• maximize the energy efficiency
• make simple volume with skillion and lean-to roof
• align bathrooms, laundry room, and mechanical room to facilitate the connection
• reduce servant spaces
• design served spaces with simple and regular shapes

The clients can customize their houses by choosing different external materials, different windows and doors like it is showedin the renderings.
