This project of a residential building has a cube shape with the edge of 8.6 m and it is divided into three floors.
The 1F is an overhanging volume on GF which therefore is a double-height space. The floor of the overhanging volume is made of aluminium perforated sheets, this material in addition to the glass walls of the 1st floor, creates a visual connection between the two floors.
The main entrance on the East side is narrow but it is double-height characterized by skylights and clerestory windows to bring daylight inside.
The windows facing the West and East side are protected by sunlight trough sunscreen louvers.
The outdoor balconies are made of steel beams and perforated plate as floor, to create a color contrast with the pure white volume of the house.
