This project aims to renovate an existing building to host offices. The limits of the project were mainly two: to respect the existing volume, with a regular and simple shape covered by a mono-pitched roof and to insert windows only in the main facade. In order to design a modern building and to suggest the idea of a big volume with deep and well-proportioned holes, I respected a regular module to design the main elevation. The interior spaces were designed for maximun comfort and flexibility, and the natural daylight is maximized thanks to the big windows in the main elevation and Velux roof Windows. The open space is designed to be possibly divided into two different offices with independent entrance by adding a wall in the central exis, and a staircase on the west wall. The two doors would let enter the two offices withouth changing the main facade and the external walls.
