A conversion from a rental apartment building to a luxury condominium building for the client HFZ Capital Group. A two-story rooftop penthouse addition was initially proposed, however, the Landmark’s Preservation Commission disapproved of any expansions. Scope includes exterior restoration, amenity and mechanical upgrades. Interior design collaboration took place with Pembrooke & Ives.
Project involvement was primarily during the landmarks submission process and assisting in construction administration tasks.
