citizenM Times Square

85,000 SF, 21-story, 230 room "affordable luxury" boutique hotel, the first of the Amsterdam-based chain to be built in the U.S.  citizen M stands for "citizen mobility," packed with features meant to appeal to the modern, stylish, tech-savvy traveler.  The hotel rooms are identical, modular and compact with everything in the room controllable through a bedside Samsung tablet.  The development team included Brack Capital Management and the design was in collaboration with Amsterdam-based Concrete.  

My involvement was at project startup, the programming, schematic and design development phases, and post-completion life safety drawings.
