A 10,000 SF commercial office interior upgrade and expansion for the financial services company, Blue Bay Asset Management.  Construction was divided into a series of phases in order for the tenant's operations to remain fully functional.  Furniture and finishes required close collaboration with renovations taking place in its London branch at the same time, with the goal to achieve a global office redesign in mind.  

My role in this project spanned from start to finish - existing conditions survey, space studies, construction documents and administration.
