This multifamily building incorporates innovative features such as a 360º view, vertical gardens, and a dynamic facade, creating a unique living environment that promotes well-being and resilience.

360º View: The multifamily building design revolves around the concept of a 360º view, ensuring that every apartment has access to panoramic vistas. Large, strategically positioned windows and balconies provide an unobstructed view of the surrounding landscape, bringing the outside world inside and creating a sense of spaciousness. This design element aims to counteract the feelings of isolation and confinement, allowing residents to feel more connected to their environment.

Vertical Gardens: To enhance the connection with nature and promote sustainability, the building incorporates vertical gardens throughout its structure.
