The given 'client' were two adult brothers who share a townhouse with their adolescent children.  One brother has two sons, the other one.  Each of the brothers was given a spacious master suite to provide privacy and there are spaces tucked away for father-son quality time.  Their interests in sports, bicycling, and games were considered.
