The 'client' MGM has established a new subsidiary company: RiverView.  RiverView is developing a residential and multi-purpose district along the riverfront in Philadelphia featuring a boardwalk  that includes entertainment, retail, and recreation.  The corporate headquarters, located on Market Street was designed with the future development in mind.
