I took over as project architect near the end of this renovation and helped to see it finished out. The client had a very unique vision for his townhouse and I was excited to have a small part in it. The foot print is only 18x25.5 feet and with the open stair, each floor served as a room. I was responsible for some cabinetry detailing, shop drawing reviews and obtaining the sign offs.
