I am pleased to submit my resume and a small example of my work for the open Architect position. I have been working in New York City for over twenty years as a project architect for mostly high end residential projects.

I have overseen the projects from the initial design phase through completion and sign off. I have worked closely with clients and principals in developing the designs and documenting their decisions to produce the bid drawings. In the filing process, I have successfully navigated the city agencies, DOB, LPC, community boards and townships and produced the drawing for approvals and signoffs. My projects have required coordination with structural and mechanical engineers, a geothermal consultant, lighting and interior designers. I have worked closely with the contractors, their subs and artisans to ensure the projects reach our client’s expectations.
