This project was a complete gut renovation of a 3000sf duplex apartment and 2000sf penthouse terrace in Greenwich Village. Detailed paneling and millwork were installed throughout the apartment and new steel framed stair was installed. The top floor was designed as the master suite with master bath overlooking the terraces.
