This project had several phases over 6 years. The property had a series of existing cottages located 20 to 60 feet from a bluff overlooking Gardiners Bay, Long Island and the cottages were reconstructed on the existing the footprints. Six Cottages serve as separate bedrooms and one as an office. Each was designed with a small kitchenette and bathroom. A new laundry building and garage were built further into the property and within the setbacks. A pool and poolhouse structures were then built. The last phase was the 3300sf main house with a 2000sf deck. The house had no bedrooms but large open spaces and kitchen for the family.
