Tribeca Summit

Located in winsome Tribeca, Tribeca Summit is a landmark building that was originally constructed in 1912 and converted to condominiums in 2015 to feature 62 units across its 10 stories. Distinguished by its beautifully preserved neo-Renaissance architecture, Tribeca Summit retains its timeless allure on the exterior, while providing its residents with a modern, oasis-like interior, complete with state of the art amenities and contemporary finishes. Residents enjoy open floor plans, top of the line appliances, Bulthaup kitchens, spa-like baths, bamboo flooring, a concierge, a fitness center, a bike room, a children’s playroom, a live-in super, and an exquisite roof deck.

Due to the building’s landmark status, we worked with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission to ensure design approval. For our clients at Gladstein Development, Heritage Partners Inc., and BFS Financial.
