100 Franklin Street

Located in Tribeca’s East Historic District, 100 Franklin Street is a development comprised of two triangular lots created in the 1930’s which will now feature adjacent mixed-use buildings of 6 and 8 stories tall with prime retail space at the ground floor and 10 condominium units throughout. With a façade comprised of hand-laid brown bricks, large windows, and a blend of Romanesque and Jack arches, 100 Franklin Street blends seamlessly within the historical context of the surrounding neighborhood while still retaining a modern elegance.

In order to maximize site potential within a difficult zoning envelope, we worked with the NYC Department of Buildings and the NYC Board of Standards & Appeals to secure zoning and design approval. Due to the project’s location within a historic district, we also worked with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission to ensure approval of design. For our clients at DDG Partners.
