For our clients The Continuum Company, 180 Montague offers residents an open sundeck, on-site grocery, covered parking, 24-hour fitness center, and resident clubroom. The unique zoning requirements of this site presented a challenge as far as design, which we addressed through the use of a strategic core shift, resulting in maximum efficiency and access to parking/retail with no impact on apartment layouts.
