Once earning the title of the tallest building in the world, 15 Park Row is a residential building located in Manhattan’s Financial District that was renovated in 2008, consisting of 210 residential units throughout its 26 stories at completion. The landmarked building is a treasured piece of Beaux Arts architecture, distinguishing itself from its surroundings with a masterfully-preserved façade featuring two, three-story cupolas. On the interior, units feature 11’ ceilings, Caesarstone kitchens, and Kohler baths and residents enjoy concierge service, a fitness center, and a laundry.
Due to the building’s landmark status, we worked with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission to ensure design approval. For our clients at J&R Music World and Broadway Management.
