504 Myrtle

Located in Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill neighborhood, 504 Myrtle Avenue is a mixed-use building that features ground floor retail space and 143 residential units ranging from studios to 2-bedrooms across its 8 stories, with an affordable housing component. With a façade comprised of textured gray brick and a window wall system, 504 Myrtle embodies classic Brooklyn architecture with a modern twist. Residents will enjoy doorman services, a resident lounge, a lobby lounge, both indoor and outdoor fitness centers, a landscaped rooftop deck with barbeque areas, a dog run, and plenty of space to sunbathe and take in the breathtaking views of the Manhattan Skyline.

We worked with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation to secure project permit foundation approval via the 421-A program in tandem with on-site inclusionary affordable housing for a concurrent filing approval. For our clients at Madison Realty Capital.
