The new facility will be built using Pre-engineered structure. with majority of building skin being horizontal metal panel. Building is located across a golf course taking advantage of view to the south.

With 15,151 sq. ft. on first floor and 5,200 on mezzanine level, the clinic has 7,702 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor GYM therapy area, 22 therapy table, 4 treatment offices and evaluation rooms. This clinic is part of 4 buildings located in Paradigm Square Development.
