Midland Pediatric Associates, $3 Million with approximately 5,000 Sq. Ft. is a pre-engineered building located in Midland, West Texas. 

Working with limitation of pre-engineered building inherent in the process, I pushed the limited practice to create a conventional looking architecture at lower cost to the owner. Innovation through collaboration by can-do-attitude and consensus was achieved at many levels.
