Midland Women's Clinic acquired what was most recently Eagle Charter School at 2506 W. Illinois Ave. -- just west of Andrews Highway -- and Was convert it into the new clinic.

A 19,547-square-foot medical building with 5,215 square feet of medical rental space, cost at 2.9 millions the Clinic occupied 14,000 square feet with six doctors and two physicians' assistants.

The new building was retrofitted to accommodate state-of-the-art medical facility to meet women's medical needs. The new building was strategically located close to Midland hospital to provide better care to patients

Client intention was to take the existing building down but we saved the four walls and roof and the interior was completely redone the exterior designed has a  Frank Lloyd Wright flavor with long overhangs to provides shades for major glass areas suitable climates for this area of Texas.

Building permits for the renovations was granted in summer of 2012, and construction was finished by January of 2013.
