BRÜBOX

BRÜBOX is a new five-story, 30,000-square-foot mixed-use, multi-family residential building located in a prime development area in Brewerytown, Philadelphia, PA. The building includes a ground floor commercial office space below four levels of residential space, totaling 32 units, and a roof deck. The building’s square footage is maximized on the site by the use of protruding bays on the residential floors. The bays along West Jefferson on the building’s side not only serve as a distinctive design feature, but provide the residential units with unique floor plans with extended living and bedroom space as well as interspersed balcony space. The building borders Fairmount Park and provides residents convenient access to walking trails for year-round outdoor activity.
