Scope of work:  designing and authorizing façade remodeling, additions, interior partitions, building systems modification, and landscaping/site work.
Since the client had access to an “open credit line”, it was established that the payments had to proceed through every scheduled design phase, totaling $1,500/built sq m for preparing/authorizing the Vega Hotel Project – Execution Detail Project, and $100/hour for site work.  Additional work and changing orders were valued as appropriate during construction.
The project’s design was in progress when I was assigned to work as Project Architect.
I coordinate design activities of intern architects, structural and building system engineers and site work of the contractors.
Prepare schematic designs/renderings, verify, and seal final constructions drawings, execution details.
Responsible for pointing  on site the distinct differences between technical project's details and execution work, specifying the causes that led to these differences, and providing sealed site provisions and specifications for execution changes.
Representing SC Daloni SRL on construction site for client & contractors meetings, progress following up, quality control inspections, I signed minutes of admission of execution phases /changing orders.
