Basic program: explore the possibility of adding space to the existing townhouse.

Based upon program and discussions w/ the client, as well as codes and existing conditions, as employed Architect, I sketched a range of simple design options that synthesize expressed desires with the physical opportunities and constraints.
Prepared schematic designs/renderings, set of drawings showing the plans, elevations and section at ¼” = 1’-0”.
Collected site information, property plat and photographs; researched the zoning, construction, and codes and regulations related to the proposed use and development of the property.
