Building New Space, Site work; property belonging to "legal private property of a person" category; mix-use activities purpose and having construction restrictions - hold in protected architectural area. 
Scope of work: prepare the Urbanistic Detail Project / Feasibility Study for a 2B + 6F + 2/F with Flexible Use Building; design the Technical Project with sustainable building system and economically reconfigurable unit partitions; and get the Building Permit for it.
The total of the design fee was $30,350 (represents 10% of the total construction cost evaluated per square meter when using medium-to-high quality finishes and equipments: $1,000 x 3,350 sq m); for two months delivery time for the Technical Project and $100 x 50Hours for the Urbanistic Detail Project / Feasibility Study.
As Project Architect, I coordinate design activities of intern architects, structural and building system engineers and site work of the contractors; prepare schematic designs, studies/3D renderings, verify, and seal final constructions drawings, execution details.
Responsible for setting the project execution decisive phases, signed the specific protocol for some of them (foundations tracing, establishing the correspondence between the geotechnical expertise and the nature of the foundation soil, checking the foundations reinforcement).
