Basic program: add a garage and a shed
Based upon program and discussions w/ the client, as well as codes and existing conditions, as employed Architect, I prepared set of construction drawings to be submitted for approval at the county city hall.
Collected site information, property plat and photographs; researched the zoning, construction, and codes and regulations related to the proposed use and development of the property.
