As employed Architect/CAD Tech, I prepared schematic designs/renderings, set of drawings showing the plans, elevations and section at ¼” = 1’-0”.
Collected site information, property plat and photographs; researched the zoning, construction, and codes and regulations related to the proposed use and development of the property.
