Reinforced Concrete Structure & Brick Walls w/ EIFS System, Ceramic Roofs, Mediterranean Finishes

Scope of work:  designing and authorizing building of residential assembly of six individual houses and their own utilities facilities, using typ finishes and furnishes, specific landscaping/site work elements.

I assumed responsibility for the project’s program, which was established by the Principal Architects, and coordinated design activities of intern architects, structural and building system engineers and site work of the contractors, fitting a strict budget.
