Due to the relationship to the street, first we try to create a slightly detour entry, the height of the building at the entrance is slightly lower to accommodate the parking space, and use a split-level method to make the entry hall and living space on the first floor a higher space. This allows light to enter the living space through the split-level study and the elevated porch.
Second, the open space between the South side and the adjacent building can also open larger windows to make the interior look brighter and more open; split-level In addition to the parking space outside, there is also a Japanese-style room for lunch break; the study room upstairs is the brightest and most comfortable space in the house, which is used for children in the owner's family to study and socialize with classmates; the master bedroom On the back side of the second floor is the most private and quiet room, and also has a separate living room and cloakroom; on the third floor are two children's bedrooms, each with a terrace and the sky outside; There is also a side-opening ventilation window above, allowing natural air convection indoors.
On the façade, because of the split-level design, he has a relatively rich and multi-layered façade. The three-dimensional block creates a formal connection with the surroundings. The wood grain and the slope of the clear water mold correspond to the conditions of the site. Be a streetscape that can blend into the city.
The interior also continues the concept of architectural design, creating various combinations of different scales, so that the spatial characteristics are strengthened.
