The eight story structure is composed of a precast frame & plank design with light-gauge metal framed curtainwalls, and has two floors of above grade parking at the first two levels.  The completed project will be over 94,000 square feet, with 125 units housing 153 residents. The project is currently under construction and is scheduled to open Fall 2015.
