Currently under constuction, Merrill Gardens at Lafayette is on track to open

in the fall of 2014. The completed project will include over 6,000 square feet

of retail space with a public plaza facing the primary boulevard through town,

and will provide underground resident & public parking. At over 129,000

square feet, the residential component of this mixed use project will provide

72 units housing 85 residents. Our design was the winner of the 2013 NAHB

50+ Innovation award and Silver for Best Mixed Use community (on the

boards).
