Completed in the fall of 2008, this 10+ acre Equity Residential property includes 283 apartments located in two 4-story complexes, as well as 24 larger carriage units and 14 townhomes. The project is a component of a larger master-planned community and has adjacency to a shopping complex, 18-hole private golf course and overlooks a county park.  Our design was awarded silver for both ‘Best Multi-family Rental 50+ Community (Affordable)’ and for ‘Best Active Adult Community (up to 500 homes)’ in the 2009 NAHB Best of 50+ awards.
