Design Brief :  
Site development  Proposal was to design a 17 hectare Tech valley at the northern campus of the KFUPM. The design  included framing an architectural language for future buildings. The park was be a model mixed use development for future ventures in the region, with walkable communities, retail and commercial spaces and all within the site. The architecture was influenced by the arid desert climate with the new transparent business strategy of the University.
