Mixed use development Project focusing on redeveloping an dis-invested portion on the East Side of Buffalo,NY. Project initially was designed for a 30 acre site but with the involvement of interested investors the project area is expanding and trying to bring back the once thriving working class neighborhood. Project has been  selected as one of the finalist at 53rd International Making Cities Livable design contest to be held in Rome, Italy later this year.
