Design Brief:  
Dareen beach development was designed with the intention to make versatile community based activity area for the large developing community in Jubail, KSA. The beach development is to serve the employees of Royal Commission at Jubail as well as the growing community in the industrial city. One of the main initiative of the project is to project Jubail not only as an industrial city but also as a future hub for mixed use development with good public infrastructure. The development includes neighborhood parks, Sculpture Park, inner waterway, ecological cornice and multi-functional spaces. Emphasis had been given to promote greater physical activity for a healthy lifestyle.
