Iona College is located in New Rochelle, West Chester County New York. Just twenty miles from Manhattan, Iona has served West Chester County as the dominant Catholic liberal arts college since 1940.  For Iona, staying competitive meant setting a course for the increasing numbers of international students as well as improving the quality of on-campus housing.

The architects worked closely with students and Residential Life to create a multi-level environment that captured the social, academic, performance and prayer spaces. The seven-story building has 316 beds in a four-person suite configuration. The exterior façade was prefabricated and assembled on-site. Construction was completed in 14 months. The street level space is designed for retail occupancy.
