Totem has been carefully conceived to integrate smoothly with the site’s current heritage structure, incorporating portions of the existing walls into the new design. The proposed 18 storey structure will subtly shift ground as it ascends providing terraces and landscape opportunities. A direct access to the adjacent Yonge Subway line will be provided.
