Harmony Village is located on a pivotal site at the City of Barrie’s waterfront.  Through a raised publicly accessible park the project links the public spaces of Kempenfelt Bay to the downtown expansion planned for Bradford Street.  The development is slated to become Barrie’s signature waterfront downtown community.
